The She is Strong Wellness Gathering is a free, community-centered event that celebrates physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual wellness through hands-on activities, including floral arranging, wellness chats, and movement activities like yoga and dance. Now in its 4th year. This empowering evening supports connection, growth, and joy for girls and women of all ages.
